The original system normally uses up to approximately 45A, so this controller provides sufficient headroom.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"esp-am-card\">\n<h3>190A Line \/ 450A Phase<\/h3>\n<p>Used as the recommended standard controller for FQiX and NQiX, which have a larger original motor and higher current requirements. These are separate from the controller products listed above.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"esp-am-section\">\n<h2>How to replace a NIU controller<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"esp-am-steps\">\n<li>Turn off the scooter and remove or disconnect the battery.<\/li>\n<li>Open the trunk and remove the trunk insert secured by four screws.<\/li>\n<li>Locate the original controller underneath the trunk. Photograph all cable positions before disconnecting anything.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the five coloured motor and battery cables, unplug the controller connectors and remove its four mounting screws.<\/li>\n<li>Install and secure the Bluetooth controller, then reconnect each cable and plug firmly.<\/li>\n<li>Reinstall the trunk after the controller has been tested.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"esp-am-section\">\n<h2>Programming after installation<\/h2>\n<p>Turn on the scooter and connect your phone to the controller using the supplied Bluetooth app. Run auto-learn so the controller reads the battery and motor configuration.
