Information regarding Returning Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the guidelines below before sending any items back.

1. General Return Conditions

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Returned items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In resalable condition
  • Complete with all original accessories
  • Returned with the outer packaging intact

If these conditions are met, your return will be processed without issue.

2. How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us first.

After receiving your request, we will provide instructions by email or WhatsApp (if applicable). Returns must be sent to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

3. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You may cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. If you use this right:

  • You will receive a refund of the full order amount, including original shipping costs.
  • Return shipping costs to our warehouse are your responsibility.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and complete.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • A Track & Trace code is mandatory.
  • The sender is always responsible for the return shipment.

Import duties for returns:
If import duties apply when returning goods to our Dutch warehouse, the consumer is responsible for these costs. Please clearly mark the parcel as “Return goods” to reduce the risk of additional charges.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, provided the returned product is received in good condition.

4. Product Quality Issues & After-Sales Service

For product quality issues, we provide after-sales support in line with the manufacturer’s policy. The factory standard is to repair the product. This may include repair work or replacement parts.

  • Videos
  • A clear description of the issue

This allows us to assess the case and provide next steps.

5. Refunds, Exchanges & Advance Shipments

Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after:

  • We have received the returned goods, and
  • We have confirmed that they meet the return conditions.

We do not send replacement products before receiving your return.

6. Custom Orders & Batteries (Non-Returnable)

The following products are not eligible for returns or withdrawal due to safety regulations or customization requirements:

Custom-made or special-order items

These products are made specifically on request and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review all specifications carefully before ordering.

Batteries and high-voltage electrical components

Due to transport regulations, safety standards, and the risk of misuse, all:

  • Batteries
  • Battery packs
  • High-voltage electrical parts

are non-returnable once shipped. Please ensure voltage, connector type, size, and compatibility are correct before purchasing.
