Information regarding Returning Policy
Returns, Withdrawal & Warranty
This policy covers two different situations. Please identify yours before contacting us — different rules apply to each.
All returns — for any reason — must be announced to us in writing first (Section 1). Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days — change of mind)
You may cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. If you use this right:
- You will receive a refund of the full order amount, including original standard shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs and logistics are entirely your responsibility. We do not provide return labels or shipping arrangements. You arrange the shipment, and the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
- The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and complete, with all original accessories and packaging.
- A Track & Trace code is mandatory.
Deductions: refunds are based on the condition in which the product arrives back:
- Visible wear, scratches or tool marks: a deduction applies, assessed per case with photos provided to you.
- Missing accessories, cables or packaging: deduction of the replacement cost of the missing items.
- Modified, cut, soldered or otherwise unsellable items: no refund.
Import duties for returns: if import duties apply when returning goods to our warehouse, these costs are your responsibility. Please clearly mark the parcel as “Return goods” to reduce the risk of additional charges.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.
2.1 Products excluded from withdrawal
Custom-made or personalised items
Products manufactured to your individual specifications (such as custom wiring harnesses or one-off builds) cannot be returned or refunded. Please review all specifications carefully before ordering.
Lithium batteries
Batteries are classified as dangerous goods for transport. If you return a battery, you are solely responsible for arranging safe and lawful shipment — not every carrier accepts batteries, and we do not arrange or advise on return transport. If you are not prepared to accept this, do not order a battery. Confirm compatibility (voltage, connector type, size) carefully before purchasing.
By placing an order for custom items or batteries, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions.
3. Warranty & Defects
3.1 Step 1 — Remote diagnosis (required)
To process a warranty claim, we first need to establish the fault. Please cooperate with remote diagnosis by providing, on request:
- Photos and videos of the issue
Most issues are resolved at this stage with configuration help or a replacement part, without any shipping. Claims where the customer declines to cooperate with remote diagnosis cannot be assessed.
3.2 Step 2 — Remedy: repair or replacement first
If a defect is confirmed (or cannot be excluded remotely), the remedy sequence follows the legal order:
- Repair or replacement first. We bring the product into conformity by repair (including sending replacement parts) or by replacing the product, within a reasonable time.
- Price reduction or refund second. A price reduction or full refund applies only where repair and replacement are impossible, have failed, or cannot be provided within a reasonable time.
3.3 Returning a product under warranty
Any warranty return must be confirmed by us in writing before you ship. You arrange the return shipment. Unannounced warranty returns are not processed (Section 1).
3.4 What the warranty does not cover
- Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, or water ingress beyond the product’s rating.
- Damage caused by installation or modification contrary to our written instructions, including cutting, drilling, soldering or altering vehicle or product components on your own initiative.
- Operating products outside their specifications (e.g. charging above the stated current/voltage limits, incompatible chargers, undersized wiring, settings beyond documented values).
- Normal wear and tear, including normal battery capacity degradation over time and use.
- Products whose serial number has been removed or altered.
3.5 No advance replacements
Replacements and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product, except where we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
4. Transit Damage
Inspect your parcel on delivery. Report visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the product. Late reports may limit our ability to claim against the carrier.
5. Payment Reversals and Retained Goods
If you obtain a refund through any means — including a chargeback or payment-provider dispute — the purchase is cancelled and you are no longer entitled to keep the goods.
- You must return the product (per Section 1) within 14 days of the refund or reversal.
- If the product is not returned within that period, we will invoice you for its full price and may refer the debt to a collection agency or pursue it through the European Small Claims Procedure.
- We fully cooperate with PayPal, card issuers and payment providers in dispute proceedings and submit complete records, including delivery confirmation, serial numbers, and communication history.
Please always contact us first — nearly every issue is resolved faster directly than through a payment dispute.
