Segway Speed Unlock Installation – Step by Step
- Power off the scooter and disconnect the battery.
- Open the trunk to access the motherboard/controller. If can not remove the controller directly, remove the rear panel of the bike to access it.
- Disconnect the controller plugs and the 5 coloured cables.
- Install the new controller (two screws are typically sufficient if mounting holes differ).
- Turn on the power of the bike and power the controller, open the controller app and let the controller auto learn the bike’s battery and motor settings (more details in our bluetooth guide after ordering).
