Looking for a NIU MQi GT or MGT speed upgrade? This service programs the scooter’s existing compatible controller to adjust speed and acceleration per riding mode. Send your controller to our address in the Netherlands for programming and return shipping. This is a software service for your original controller; it is not a Bluetooth controller supplied as a separate product.
MGT 90+KM/H Speed Up Software Service
For the MGT we have a software service. You will have to sent us your motherboard to our adress in the Netherlands. After programming we will sent it back to you. The price includes shipping back to the sender, if you are outside of Europe please pick the express shipping option.
Features
- the maximal speed for the MGT is 85-90KM/H.
- All functions of the scooter will remain the same (GPS, App, etc)
- Adjust the acceleration in mode 1, 2, and 3.
- Adjust the maximum speed in mode 1, 2, and 3.
- Enable reversing.
- Program the starting mode in 1, 2, or 3.
- Its not just a delimitation we also increase the overall power by increasing the output from the batteries
With the software service we are able to program:
- Starting Mode = (1, 2 or 3)
- Acceleration Strength = (Mode 1, 2 and 3) in %
- Speed per mode for (Mode 1, 2 and 3) in %
- Maximum Current: The higher the current the more power the bike will have in top speed and acceleration

Shipping:
- As soon as we receive the motherboard we can send it back the same day. If it’s within Europe usually we can have the package delivered in two to four days.
- If you are sending this product to our address in the Netherlands and you are located outside of Europe, the customer is liable for import duties on both sides.

Very fast and professional service. I wanted the max. Speed for my MQi GT (45kmh) to be max and so we set the speed for Sport mode to 100%. The result was a GPS speed of 65-70 kmh and 70-75kmh on the display. Two weeks from Hungary….

Very nice! It goes 88 free wheel. 80 max downhill. Reaches 70 plainnroad, often 65 easy reach but slow acceleration on the mqi 48v system compared to nqi 60volt system.
With one battery it drives very good. Almost as good acc in slow speed, but loses uphill or when above 45. Now you can finally drive the mqi gt with one battery!

The service had a limited effect on performance of my 2022 MQI GT Extended Range, improving acceleration slightly but yielding no increase in top speed (remained at ~70 kph/42 mph). Startup in mode 3 (Sport) was requested but not made on the motherboard. In terms of service, EScoot was responsive and communicative and turnover time from the US was acceptable.

Still works great after five month, no problem with overheating. My settings were 60, 75, 95 for 47kmh, 60kmh, 78kmh.

Very fast and professional service. I wanted the max. Speed for my MQi GT (45kmh) to be about 60kmh and so we set the speed for Sport mode to 80%. The result was a GPS speed of 61kmh and 65kmh on the display.
Exactly what I wanted.

Ik ben eigenlijk niet geïnteresseerd in hogere snelheid, MAAR in betere acceleratie. De topsnelheid ligt nu met reguliere instellingen rond de max 75 km/u. De snelheidslimiet in Japan op de normale weg is 50 km/u en 100 km/u op de snelweg, maar ik kan daar niet met die fiets komen… Heel erg bedankt voor je hulp en aandacht.

I am actually not interested in higher speed, BUT in better acceleration. The top speed is now with regular settings about max 75 km/h. Japan speed limit on normal road is 50 km/h and 100 km/h on the freeway, but can’t go with that bike there… Thank you very much for being helpful and attentive.
