Segway Heavy Performance Upgrade Kit

For upgrading to heavier performance speeds we recommend to use higher voltage batteries, larger controllers and larger wattage motors to achieve higher speeds. Other than the performance enhancing components like batteries, controller and motor we also recommend upgrading the other parts of the bike to enhance the stability of the bike like front and rear braking sets and front and rear shock absorbers.

Rear Arm + Braking Set

For upgrading the motor a new rear arm is required as the original rear arm is 16MM axle, but our motors are 18MM.
- Although the motor can be custom made to fit 16MM we still recommend upgrading the rear arm as it will be heavier resulting in better stability in higher speeds.
Changing the rear arm also requires a different braking system than original.

Batteries:

Its possible to pull the scooter with one battery but we recommend going for a dual battery setup both for larger range but also because it is a lot of stress to put on one battery when driving at this performance.

When ordering with us we will have a team of technicians available both for battery setup, installation and getting you the right configuration so that you do not need to worry about any incompatibility during installation.
