General Questions

If you are looking for a specific product or part for the NIU that is not on the site yet, please contact Customer Service and we will look for you.

  1. When your order has been paid you will receive a verification from us that your order has been confirmed.
  2. We will process your order within 2 to 3 business days to prepare your order ready to ship.
  3. Delivery time will depend on your shipping method.
  4. Your order is fully traceable and we will give you a tracking number. Please note that it can take a few days before your tracking number is traceable.
  5. Track your order and wait for your order to arrive
  6. If you have any questions about your order, you can message us through customer service.

All our orders are able to be returned within 14 days to an address in the Netherlands. Please contact customer service and we will be happy to help you further. For defect products we are able to send you a new product or exchange for a new one.

The customer is responsible for the shipping fee and custom duties to the Netherlands.

Questions about shipping.

Yes, we ship all our orders in one package. Unless we have stock at two different locations or if the goods can not be send together such as batteries and normal goods.

We provide a tracking number for every order. However, this can sometimes takes a while because we have to process your package. 

Please contact our customer service for this. Usually they need a price and proof of payment. We will send you your invoice for your package.

We offer two different types of shipping methods. With the use of postal shipping it will take around 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. If you would like to receive your order earlier we will recommend a express shipping method which will take around a week.

If there is a bit of delay in shipping your packages out, the chosen delivery method of Express Shipping will still be faster than our Postal Free Shipping Method. 

For consumers in the EU our packages will come paid for regarding custom fees and taxes as we pay for taxes beforehand.

However, in the rare case taxes do apply the customer is reliable for the custom charges that may apply. If you are in the EU and you have to pay for shipping duties we can in most cases, offer what we paid in shipping duties back to you.

If you are not willing to pay for the custom fee and or tax you can deny the package and the order will be returned.

For most countries around the world we can ship packages with tax included, if unclear send us a message and we can check for you. 

Questions regarding Motherboards

You replace the old motherboard of your scooter with the newly purchased motherboard from ESCOOTPARTS. Which will allow for an unlocked top speed and acceleration.Do you have more questions during the installation? Then you can contact customer service, we are happy to help you.

– Performing repairs yourself or replacing parts often voids your warranty. View the terms of your purchase agreement to see if this is the case for you

– When you adjust your scooter to a speed higher than the permitted speed, your scooter is no longer legal on public roads. Make sure that your scooter is no longer used in traffic after the changes. ESCOOTPARTS is not liable for damage of any kind. You are solely responsible.

The motherboards are set up to use right away and it is not necessary for customers to program their controllers themselves. For customers who have knowledge and interest in programming the motherboards, it is possible to change the settings, this software can be found in the order confirmation or you can consult our stuff for the software. 

This is because the standard motherboards have a smaller capacity and restrict the maximal speed.

Our motherboards have a higher capacity and which will allow for a higher AH, which will make your scooter go faster and we offer programming to unlock further functions.

The speed of your scooter is limited according to your scooter’s motherboard. By replacing the motherboard, the implementation will no longer have an effect. In other words, a 25 or 45 variant will not make a difference in boosting your scooter speed.

If you would like to revert back to your original scooter motherboard, this is always possible. 

If you have installed the motherboard and would like to adjust the speed, you can always program the motherboard speeds according to each mode.

If you drive as usual and occasionally use more throttle than before hand the endurance will be the same as the original controller. However, if you drive faster than beforehand the battery will discharge more accordingly.

Yes, after the motherboard upgrade you will still be able to use the functions of your scooter such as the app, alarm, GPS location, etc.
