Segway E300 Performance Controller Upgrade

This performance controller upgrade for the Segway E300 allows higher programmable power output from the batteries to the motor, resulting in increased maximum speed. It is compatible with original battery configurations as well as dual or triple battery setups. For scooters running two or three batteries, the T1200 model is recommended and fully sufficient for standard batteries.

Both T1800 and T1200 versions support additional tuning when upgrading to higher-capacity batteries or a larger motor. The integrated auto-learning function reads the original scooter parameters for proper synchronization during installation. All factory electronic systems remain active after installation.
