Looking for a NIU FQiX 150 speed-up controller? This Bluetooth-programmable controller lets you adjust the riding modes, speed and acceleration on a compatible FQiX 150. Select the recommended 190A / 450A controller for the original motor and battery, purchase it, and follow the supplied setup instructions. Larger controllers are intended for complete performance builds.

This controller is designed to optimize speed and power delivery on the NIU FQIX 150.

Which controller should I choose?

Standard and recommended

190A Line / 450A Phase

This controller is fully sufficient for the original NIU motor and battery setup. It also remains sufficient when upgrading to a larger 72V battery. A larger controller provides no useful advantage with the original motor because the 190A / 450A controller will not need to be used at its maximum settings.

Heavy performance

400A or 600A Line

The 400A or 600A Line controller is not necessary when using the original battery or the original motor. Choose one of these heavy-performance versions only for a complete high-power build with a larger performance motor, compatible high-output battery and BMS, upgraded wiring, and matched programming.

Turn off the scooter.
Open the trunk and remove the securing screws.
Disconnect the controller cables and power plugs.
Replace the original controller with the upgrade controller.

Is the installation plug and play?
The controller connects using the model-specific adapter and original wiring harness. After installation, auto-learn and the required model-specific settings must be completed in the Bluetooth app.

Can I reinstall the original controller?
Yes. The stock controller can be reinstalled at any time.

Can higher performance reduce range?
Yes. Using the additional performance can reduce riding range by approximately 20%.
