Compatibility and installation

Designed for NIU NQIX 150, NQIX 300, NQIX 500 and NQIX 1000 models.

The battery is designed to fit directly inside the foot-panel storage space without major modifications. Confirm the selected capacity and scooter configuration with us before ordering.

Battery construction

The battery uses large-format lithium cells with aluminium cell casings. Compared with conventional 18650-cell packs, fewer cells and weld points are required, supporting improved long-term reliability and cycle life.

• High-performance BMS: standard 130A line / 300A phase current for the 72V 70Ah option
• Optional higher-current BMS configurations are available after consultation
• Each battery is tested before shipping

• Production time: approximately 1 week

• 100Ah, 120Ah and 150Ah batteries ship by sea freight due to their size and hazardous-goods classification
• Import duties are prepaid for most countries

Before ordering and getting started

How much extra range will I get?
The result depends on the selected battery capacity and how you ride. Send your target range, usual riding speed and current battery capacity so we can recommend an option for your scooter. A range estimate is not a guaranteed distance.

Can I keep my original controller and charger?
This upgrade requires a compatible programmable 72V controller or the model-specific configuration described above. Use the compatible 72V charger included with the battery. The original lower-voltage charger cannot charge this pack.

How do I confirm that it fits?
The battery is designed for the foot-panel storage area. Before ordering, send your exact NQiX version, selected capacity and compartment photos so we can confirm the fit and mounting requirements for that configuration.

Which BMS option do I need?
Send the controller model and whether you are keeping the original motor or fitting a larger one. We can match the BMS option to that build; a larger capacity alone does not specify the required current.

72V BMS options and pricing

For a 72V 70Ah battery, the standard configuration uses a 130A line / 300A phase BMS. For larger 72V 100Ah and 120Ah battery builds, we can fit a higher-current BMS, such as 350A line / 850A phase or 420A line / 1050A phase. These higher-current builds require different battery cells, so the price differs from the listed standard configuration. Please message us with your scooter and controller model if you are interested; we will confirm fitment and quote the price difference.
