Hello. I installed a Segway E300 / E125 / E110 rear shock (adjustable) (275 mm) – BBS RS5 – on a 2023 Segway e125s. There was no need to drill anything into the scooter’s plastic. These control boxes fit normally. Because the bottom hole in the shock was 8mm, while in the scooter it was 10mm, I had to drill out the hole in the shock. With a 100kg rider, the spring is almost completely unscrewed, which results in 2.5 cm of spring deflection when sitting on the scooter. I turned the yellow and red controls all the way to hard and then turned them 12 times to soft. The black controls did the same, only 18 times. After changing from the original, driving is much more comfortable.
