If you lost one NIU scooter key but still have the original spare, send us a clear photo of that key after ordering. We can make a mechanical replacement key from the photo without you mailing the original. A previously saved, usable photo can also help if the original is no longer with you. We will check whether the image is sufficient before making the copy.

When is a photo key copy useful?

Make a spare for another rider, replace a lost key, or keep an extra key before your last one disappears. This service copies the mechanical key; it does not replace or pair an electronic NIU remote.

What if I have lost every key?

If you have no remaining key and no usable photo, a photo key copy is not possible. For NIU NGT / N1S, consider the replacement ignition lock with two new keys; check your scooter model before ordering. If you still have a remote and need an extra one, see the NIU spare remote.
